We want to add your favorite recipes to our Good
Health Cookbook. You can add as many recipes as you want, but you can only
enter one at a time in the area below. To add a recipe:
- Click on each area and type in the information that is requested. Give us the name of your recipe, the ingredients, instructions on how to make it, and then a place where you can give us your name and a phone number so we can reach you if we have any questions. If you are aware of the total grams of fat, carbohydrates and other qualities of your recipe, you may enter this information, but if you do not know any pieces of information, feel free to leave them blank.
- Your recipe will be reviewed and then converted into a lower calorie and lower fat version.
- The recipe will be tested by our official "Taste Panel" to make sure the lower fat version is tasty. Then the lower fat version will be added to our cookbook and your name (but not your telephone number) will be placed with your recipe.
