Waiting to taste-test modified recipes by Phyllis Allen of Odessa’s Chicken Gumbo,
Sweet potato pie and macaroni & cheese. A copy of the recipes were given to all along
with the savings of calories, fat, sugars, salt etc with the modified version and the taste
